Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations in Charlotte, NC. You will plan, direct and supervise personnel for installation and maintenance of electrical systems, coordinating with project managers and shared services to meet project goals.

You will develop schedules, material logistics, safety and QA/QC plans to ensure compliance with Adams Electric standards while guiding on-site teams through fabrication and installation phases.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of electrical teams on projects.
• Ability to coordinate with PM, field ops, safety, BIM and QA/QC teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling and material logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical work to meet deadlines and coordinate with other trades.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules and manpower projections.
• Develop and enforce safety plans for current projects.
• Develop QA/QC plans and ensure adherence to standards.
• Lead BIM coordination and ensure drawings are delivered prior to fabrication and installation.
