Job summary

Adams Electric Company in Raleigh, NC is hiring a General Superintendent with 10+ years of experience to plan, direct, and supervise electrical installations on multiple projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Field Operation Managers, Safety, BIM, QA/QC, and Pre-Fabrication teams to uphold Adams Electric standards and schedules.

Responsibilities include supervising electrical work, developing schedules, managing materials and logistics, enforcing safety plans, and ensuring QA/QC

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent.
• Ability to supervise electrical work across multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating with PMs, safety, BIM and QA/QC teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical work to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate schedules and manpower with project teams.
• Manage materials, procurement, and site logistics.
• Implement and monitor safety plans on site.
• Develop and uphold QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate with BIM/Pre-Fabrication teams.
