Responsibilities

• Oversee project strategy, budget controls, owner satisfaction, safety performance, quality metrics, subcontractor oversight, and schedule/risk management.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure complete scopes and profitable delivery.
• Lead scheduling with operations for manpower loading and schedule tracking, and communicate constraints and solutions.
• Collaborate with VDC/BIM to review construction documents, coordinate with trades, and review shop drawings before field deployment.
