Job summary

Adams Electric is seeking a General Superintendent for the Raleigh, NC area to lead and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance across multiple projects. You will supervise field crews, work with Project Managers, Safety, BIM, QA/QC, and pre-fabrication teams to uphold Adams Electric standards.

The role requires strong scheduling, material management, safety leadership, and QA/QC oversight, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets while maintaining quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent.
• Experience coordinating electrical installations on multiple projects.
• Ability to supervise field crews and coordinate with PMs, Safety, BIM, Pre-Fabrication, QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct electrical work to meet deadlines and coordinate with other trades.
• Assist in scheduling and manpower projection for current projects.
• Oversee material management, logistics, safety planning, and QA/QC activities.
• Lead BIM/design coordination and pre-fabrication planning.
• Ensure compliance with Adams Electric standards and project contract documents.
