Sheakley is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to oversee electrical construction safety on a long‑term data center project in Ellendale, ND. Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction Certification is required.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience working with electrical contractors in safety role.
• Electrical construction safety experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction activities
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor electrical installations, temporary power, equipment installation, LOTO, and energization activities
• Review JHAs, AHAs, permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project‑specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with electricians and field personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project leadership and field supervision
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
