Job summary

MYR Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction management functions in the electrical industry. You will interface with senior project professionals and provide general project support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include timesheet reconciliation, bill preparation, PO entry, submittal generation, and closeout package preparation, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork across field and office locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior project personnel and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile timesheets to work orders and logs.
• Print test results.
• Billing preparation.
• Enter POs in the system.
• Assist project professionals in administrative areas.
• Generate job numbers and set up job information.
• Create submittals and closeout packages.
• Complete applicable surveys and related tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and attend work locations as required.
