Job summary

You will interact with senior project professionals and provide essential administrative backing for project execution. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction admin, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data and documents.
• Ability to think practically to solve office problems and interact with senior project personnel.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for construction management functions.
• Process payroll and new hire paperwork; manage COS changes and rosters.
• Support project professionals with submittals and close-out packages; manage switchboard and attendance.
