Job summary

Harlan Electric Company, a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc., is seeking a T&D Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to construction management. You will reconcile timesheets, assist with billing, enter purchase orders, and help senior project professionals with day-to-day tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in electrical construction admin, strong communication, and solid MS Word/Excel skills. The role offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of administrative support experience in the electrical construction industry
• Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Reconcile timesheets to work orders and work order logs
• Review equipment and labor in timesheets
• Billing preparation for assigned projects
• Investigate discrepancies in purchase order summary reports
• Enter Purchase Orders in the system
• Assist project professionals in various administrative areas
• Generate job number and set-up of job information
• Assist in crew work order scheduling
• Regular and predictable attendance
