Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large technology and low-voltage projects from bidding through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, proficiency with estimating tools (Accubid, BIM), and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle oversight.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, BIM.
• Skilled in negotiating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contracting processes.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and ability to read drawings, plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of each project to achieve high quality and productivity from bid to closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, subcontractors, engineers, and staff to resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage project documents, estimates, schedules, and cost control data.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA requirements across sites.
