Zusammenfassung

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for electrical construction with responsibility for managing one large project or multiple technology projects. The role requires estimating, contract negotiations, design direction, scheduling, and financial oversight from start to finish.

You will lead a team of PMs, drive business development, and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to budgets, safety standards, and project goals across multiple locations in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with estimating software (Accubid) and BIM tools (Revit, CAD, Navisworks, BIM).
• Strong negotiating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract skills.
• Knowledge of NEC standards; ability to read plans/drawings and manage financial documents.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic input with leadership to drive key objectives and business development.
• Direct all phases of each project: bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Manage project documents, cost codes, invoices, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, and owners to align on scope and milestones.
• Mentor staff and provide coaching, performance feedback, and team development.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost-control measures.
