Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and financial performance of electrical construction projects, coordinating project teams, field leadership, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

This role emphasizes leadership, safety, preconstruction input, procurement planning, and maintaining quality through accurate documentation as projects scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, business administration, or construction management.
• 3–5 years of project management experience; thorough understanding of the project life cycle.
• 2+ years PM experience in electrical construction (distribution/substation, renewable energy or related).
• Experience with estimating software and BIM tools such as Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, Navisworks or BIM systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety standards; ability to read drawings, bids, plans.
• Experience reading financial documents and contracts; negotiating and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead large commercial/industrial electrical construction projects delivering scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Coordinate project teams, owners, contractors, and field leaders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee preconstruction, pursuit efforts, estimating input and contract negotiations.
• Manage staffing, procurement planning, scheduling, and coordination with engineering and field teams.
• Control project costs, budgeting, forecasts, change orders.
• Maintain project docs: drawings, RFIs, submittals, revisions.
• Ensure safety programs and labor standards compliance, including NEC adherence.
• Negotiate subcontract strategies and major procurement decisions.
