Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Electrical Construction Project Manager to support planning, execution, and financial performance of electrical construction projects across multiple locations. You’ll lead project teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role offers growth into senior leadership as projects expand, with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance with NEC standards. Collaboration with field staff and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• 2 years PM experience in electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficient with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, and BIM tools.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to coordinate with owners, contractors, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Coordinate project teams, clients, contractors, and field leadership for successful outcomes.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, procurement, and scheduling with engineering and field teams.
• Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.
• Maintain procurement and contract administration while ensuring NEC compliance.
