Job summary

Chapel Electric Co., LLC seeks a Project Manager in Dayton, OH to oversee Project Engineers and Assistant PMs, coordinating scheduling with the Project Supervisors. In this in-person role you will ensure teams follow SOPs, manage resources, and drive projects within budget and ahead of schedule.

You will report to the Sr. Project Manager and work closely with foremen, owners, and suppliers to resolve issues, prepare cost estimates, and review progress with leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of electrical construction or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Accubid, AutoCAD, Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall project flow from inception to completion.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations and issue resolution.
• Maintain financial stewardship and compliance with budgets.
• Submit budgets, progress and cost tracking reports.
