Job summary

LEED Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and documentation for electrical construction projects in California.

You will work under a Project Manager, review drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, and help coordinate subcontractors and closeout activities. Qualified candidates have at least two years of construction-related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent combinations will be considered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a construction-related role, preferably electrical construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of electrical construction projects under supervision.
• Review drawings and specifications; prepare/submitt RFIs and review vendor/subcontractor responses.
• Coordinate with trades to identify conflicts and assist with submittals, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Maintain project files, logs, and documentation; track milestones and deliveries to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and ensure project updates are communicated to stakeholders.
