Job summary

Leed Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will lead a team of project managers and engineers to deliver electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedule adherence and budget control.

Responsibilities include client liaison, RFIs, change orders, and coordination with subcontractors, with opportunities in business development and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License required; OSHA 10 preferred or obtainable within reasonable time.
• Salary range: $165,000–$185,000 annually (exempt).

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise and direct project management staff and coordinate with field teams.
• Review drawings and RFIs, negotiate change orders, and develop Schedule of Values (SOV).
• Maintain logs and liaise with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor progress to meet schedule and budget, manage subcontractors and costs.
• Engage in business development and manage financial aspects of contracts.
