Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License required; OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policies; prepare clear work statements for the field.
• Supervise and direct project management staff including Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Project Engineers and Coordinators.
• Review drawings and RFIs; negotiate and supervise change orders.
• Develop Schedule of Values and maintain logs to track progress; liaise with client and A/E to facilitate activities.
• Manage subcontractor activities, budgets, and scheduling; monitor safety and compliance.
