Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring, and control.
• Experience managing union craft Heavy industrial US direct hire construction.

Responsibilities

• Provides field leadership for direct-hire electrical construction activities and safety.
• Develops 3-week look-ahead schedule and 90-day execution plan.
• Manages craft manpower curves and staffing plans.
• Leads Electrical Superintendents, Foremen, and craft personnel.
• Resolves execution issues and coordinates with other disciplines.
• Ensures readiness of backlogs and forecast constraints.
• Coordinates installation activities: cabling, terminations, panels, testing.
• Ensures sequencing supports testing, commissioning, startup, and turnover.
• Maintains compliance with project specs and Bechtel standards.
• Promotes daily/weekly expectations and safety culture.
