Job summary

You will supervise superintendents, ensure work aligns with specifications, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors and craft professionals to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 8–10 years of work experience, or 12–14 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to supervise multiple crafts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and direct operations within direct-hire scope.
• Lead and direct superintendents and craft personnel.
• Ensure work meets specifications, schedules and budgets.
