Position

We’re looking for a full‑time Foreman 1 to coordinate operations and oversee electricians at construction sites. As the point of reference for both workers and supervisors, the Foreman 1 will be a key person for the completion of a project. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical construction with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions. This person will be well organized and must have a safety‑first mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise field production activities to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, teamwork, pride and development of the team.
  • Ensure work is performed according to company standards and project specifications including planning and managing labor, materials, and production on electrical construction projects.
  • Create a material Buy‑Out prior to the job beginning.
  • Plan work and labor requirements for the project for a minimum of 3 weeks.
  • Complete As‑Built Drawings and order material once a week.
  • File daily reports and report all incidents.
  • Manage all project Close‑Out processes as well as budget control (manage the cost on the site).
  • Communicate efficiently with the Project Management team as well as the customer/GC.
  • Draft RFI's and submit them to the PM team.
  • Enforce all HR/Company policies, safety policies, and perform discipline action with crew as needed.
  • Enter and approve timecards for assigned crew.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of commercial/industrial foreman electrical experience
  • Experience working in data center and high‑rise projects preferred
  • Experience leading crews of 20+ employees
  • Advanced abilities at reading plans, submittals, and specifications
  • In‑depth knowledge of NFPA 70 and solid understanding of current electrical codes and installation methods
  • Well‑versed in the installation of power systems—lighting, fire protection and security, and data networks
  • Ability to order and track materials, perform job cost projections, and develop as-builts
  • Proficient at all construction software as required
  • Clean background and driving record
  • Ability to run projects $1M and larger
  • Must be able to reach overhead, lift 75 pounds, and push and pull materials
  • Must be able to work in a variety of positions, e.g., stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, etc.
  • Work is regularly performed in outdoor weather conditions where temperatures can exceed one hundred degrees
Pay Range

Starts at $40 per hour or more depending on experience.
