Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead field crews on electrical projects, coordinating tasks, safety, and on-time delivery. You will guide technicians, ensure compliance with NEC standards, and maintain project profitability while communicating with site managers.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of electrical experience, OSHA 30/CPR training, and a valid driver's license, with bilingual Spanish/English being a plus. This on-site role requires physical readiness and leadership acumen.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and industrial electrical background.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Troubleshooting with test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera).
• Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on the project.
• Plan the project or task efficiently and profitably.
• Order and receive materials timely to ensure compliance.
• Maintain personal tools as directed by leadership.
• Read and enforce safety and company guidelines. All other duties as assigned.
