Ace Electric is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead field operations, project execution, workforce coordination, and operational performance across large-scale electrical construction projects for our Travel Team.
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting project teams, driving operational efficiency, mentoring leaders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality standards.

The Operations Manager – Electrical Construction serves as a strategic operational leader supporting the Tennessee Division Vice President in overseeing daily field operations, workforce planning, project coordination, safety initiatives, and team performance.
The role includes extensive collaboration with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and executive leadership.
