Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to supervise field crews and oversee electrical installations across commercial and industrial projects. You will plan tasks, coordinate materials, and enforce safety standards on site.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of electrical experience, NEC knowledge, OSHA 30, and language skills in Spanish and English are a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to work 40 hours with potential overtime are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on the assigned project.
• Plan the project/tasks for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure materials are ordered and received on time.
• Maintain personal tools as directed by leadership.
• Read and follow the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, or Policy and Procedure Manual.
• All other duties as assigned.
