Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a mid-level Designer II to develop electrical layouts, mark up drawings, and prepare detailed documentation for power, lighting, and accessory systems. You will work under supervision to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

You will assemble symbols, perform energy code calculations, and coordinate with subcontractors while maintaining Rosendin standards for wire sizing, transformers, and protection.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Designer or equivalent.
• Ability to mark up drawings and develop electrical layouts.
• Familiarity with Rosendin standards for wire sizing and panel schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project symbols and notes from Rosendin standards.
• Mark up branch circuit, lighting, and power plans with code calculations.
• Prepare panel schedules and load calculations under supervision.
• Coordinate with contractors and other trades on installation details.
• Create construction details and provide design lead for small projects.
