Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in Clinton, MD, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist the Project Manager with administrative and technical direction for one large complex project or multiple smaller projects under supervision. You will help manage budget, schedule, and staff, coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and superintendents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–1 year of construction experience, with strong communication, attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Experience with project lifecycle and management concepts.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication; teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among internal and external project members (GCs, subcontractors, superintendents).
• Assist in staffing decisions for project personnel, including foremen and superintendents.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project estimation.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
