Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Constructability Specialist to bridge design and field execution in Clinton, MD or Upper Marlboro, MD. You will review electrical layouts, 3D models, and installation strategies to ensure constructability, safety, and efficiency.

Using Navisworks, Revit, Bluebeam and Revizto, you will translate design intent into field-ready solutions, coordinate with BIM/VDC teams, and support just-in-time prefabrication and efficient installations.

Qualifications

• 10 years field experience as an electrician or equivalent.
• Experience with VDC/BIM coordination.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings and 3D models for constructability.
• Identify conflicts and propose field-ready design changes.
• Coordinate with BIM/VDC teams to integrate prefabrication and constructible elements.
• Support safe, efficient installations and lean construction practices.
• Conduct site walks to validate model assumptions and field conditions.
