Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Construction in Clinton, MD to lead electrical project delivery from planning through closeout. You will oversee design, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, and client coordination.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, 3–5 years PM experience in electrical/related field, and proficiency with Procore, Revit, CAD, and BIM tools. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in electrical/construction environments.
• Experience with construction software tools and project controls, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort per design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Approve project staff transactions, procurement, and change orders.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and engineering functions; participate in estimating and bids.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain project documentation and logs.
• Support client relations, sales, and marketing efforts.
