Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Commercial Estimator to deliver pre-sales technical expertise for LV switchgear, switchboards, panelboards and busway. You will craft technically sound proposals and support bids with sales and engineering teams.

You will perform equipment selections, calculations, and utilize the Quote Configurator to prepare accurate quotes while guiding customers toward cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years commercial or relevant industrial experience.
• Experience in scope review and proposal development preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technically sound tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
• Perform equipment selections and calculations for LV switchgear and related products.
• Apply Quote Configurator tool to provide comprehensive quote support.
• Provide technical instruction throughout the order workflow and support customers.
