Job summary

Accounting Search seeks a branch leader near Nashville, TN to own the P&L for a NETA testing and maintenance branch. You will drive growth, manage safety and maintain key customer relationships.

You\'ll supervise field technicians, schedule large jobs with sister branches, review quotes, and mentor staff up through NETA levels while traveling up to 50% as needed. The base salary ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 with a 15% bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification required.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory experience.
• P&L or profitability experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel up to 50%.
