Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is seeking a results‑oriented branch leader for our Northeast operation. You will drive sales, customer service, and inventory management while guiding counter, inside sales, and warehouse teams to exceed profitability targets.

The role requires strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as solid math and computer proficiency. You will prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office, retail, and light industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of industry experience with product knowledge.
• Two years of management experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong mathematics, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance with emphasis on sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Direct the activities of counter, inside sales, and warehouse staff.
• Analyze customer needs to ensure products and services meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain account base by driving optimal customer service.
• Provide leadership to drive company values and culture.
• Operate the branch within forecast to meet profitability goals.
• Encourage use of digital tools across customer base.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
