The role drives branch performance with emphasis on sales, customer service, and inventory management, while directing counter, inside sales, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs and profitability goals. Digital tools adoption is encouraged across the customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years industry experience with product knowledge.
• Minimum of two years management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
• Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
• The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance with emphasis on sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Direct the activities of counter, inside sales, and warehouse staff.
• Analyze customer needs to ensure products and services meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain account base by driving optimal customer service.
• Provide overall leadership to drive Company values and culture.
• Operate the branch within forecast to meet and exceed profitability goals.
• Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base.
