Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking an Electrical BIM Coordinator in Austin, TX to lead the development and coordination of electrical BIM models from design through construction documentation. You will work closely with electrical engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate, coordinated models and documentation that align with client and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit for design development, BIM coordination, and documentation.
• Understanding of electrical design intent and building systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining electrical BIM models and documents.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination, and file management.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate electrical construction documentation using Revit.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models across project phases.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines.
• Perform model coordination and identify clashes.
• Support engineers with documentation and design intent implementation.
