Job summary

Fractile Studio LLC is seeking a BIM Project Manager with electrical systems expertise to oversee BIM efforts from design through turnover. You’ll lead BIM strategy, coordinate with clients and partners, and drive best practices across projects.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and advanced BIM tool proficiency, with on-site project involvement and occasional travel to sites. A robust benefits package accompanies a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture/civil engineering/electrical engineering
• Experience leading BIM/VDC for MEP coordination on complex facilities
• Knowledge of NEC and safety regulations; able to perform lighting calculations and read single-line diagrams

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a BIM strategy throughout the project life cycle
• Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation
• Collaborate with clients and partners to implement BIM processes
• Represent Fractile in BIM coordination meetings
• Set BIM goals, workflows, QA/QC, and value propositions
• Manage BIM project setup process
• Lead BIM meetings and MEP coordination sessions
• Interact with jobsites to understand BIM implementations
• Train personnel on BIM capabilities
• Foster collaboration among BIM teams and share best practices
• Manage resources to optimize project delivery
