Job summary

C3M Power Systems is seeking a Systems Manager to join our Central Engineering and BIM team. You will support multiple nationwide projects, lead modeling efforts, and ensure timely delivery of detailed information and CADD shop drawings for installation teams.

You will collaborate with Senior staff and BIM Manager, review submittals, and help drive schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards across active sites. This role requires travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Three+ years of Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, BIM, Construction, or Electrical Contracting experience.
• Experience with Bluebeam, MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Trimble Total Station, Lidar.
• Field surveying familiarity with ANSI device list.
• Willingness to travel to project locations and work on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team, Central Engineering, and BIM Department from field survey to As-builts.
• Design assemblies for prefabrication in coordination with Sr. Engineers.
• Develop model intelligence with the BIM Manager for standards or project needs.
• Review BIM requirements and ensure submittals comply with plans/specs.
• Update drawings in Revit and assist with schedule development and coordination meetings.
• Identify discrepancies in contract drawings and communicate impacts to the Project Manager.
