Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM experience in electrical or MEP construction.
• Experience leading BIM coordination on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation workflows.
• Experience in Mission Critical sector required.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and ACC.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM execution and coordination for complex electrical construction projects.
• Serve as main BIM point of contact for project teams, trade partners, and consultants.
• Oversee production and release of construction drawings.
• Execute and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Manage Revit project setup, organization, and model maintenance.
• Schedule and oversee workloads for BIM Specialists and consultants.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Lead internal and multi-trade coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve constructability challenges.
• Support prefabrication planning and installation strategies.
