Job summary

Fractile Studio LLC, a Clark Construction affiliate, seeks a BIM Project Manager with expertise in electrical systems to oversee BIM efforts on complex electrical construction projects. This role ensures the successful deployment and local adoption of BIM across the full construction data lifecycle, from preconstruction through turnover.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture/civil engineering/electrical engineering.
• Three (3) plus years of experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and BIM/VDC.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations; ability to conduct lighting calculations.
• Understanding of power distribution as shown in single-line diagrams, plans, and schedules.
• Leadership experience with project teams at local/regional level.
• Active membership in a professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a BIM strategy across the project life cycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to adopt BIM processes.
• Represent Fractile in BIM Coordination Meetings with clients.
• Establish BIM goals, workflows, QA/QC, and value propositions.
• Manage and implement the BIM project setup process.
• Facilitate BIM meetings and MEP coordination sessions.
• Interact with jobsites and monitor BIM implementations.
• Train personnel on BIM capabilities and best practices.
• Foster ongoing collaboration among BIM staff and share lessons learned.
• Allocate internal and external resources to maximize deliverables.
• Participate in strategic initiatives related to BIM.
