Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Electrical BIM Designer to lead the setup and management of Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline leads. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings, collaborating with engineers, architects and designers to turn design intent into constructable deliverables and clash-free models across disciplines.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 3 years of BIM design experience.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems design and the construction industry.
Familiarity with client design and modeling standards.
Experience with Bluebeam or similar markup software.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with design leads.
Create and manage fully coordinated 3D models across design disciplines.
Produce 2D construction drawings from 3D models.
Work with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure constructable deliverables.
