Job summary

Tiello is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support procurement, documentation, and day-to-day project execution for large-scale electrical projects in Central Florida.

In this field-based role you will coordinate contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications, track budgets, and assist the Project Manager to keep job sites on schedule and on budget while traveling to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Procurement, document control, or project coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications
• Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings
• Create and track RFIs
• Track project budgets
• Ensure current drawings, RFIs, and submittal/update drawings are on the project team
• Track labor and material usage
• Participate in look‑ahead schedule planning using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain Action Item and Open Item lists for project team review
• Maintain Material Expediting Schedule to ensure materials arrive on‑site
• Perform quantity take‑offs as needed
• Manage the punch‑list process
• Assist Project Manager(s) as needed
