Tiello is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Alpharetta, GA to own planning, scheduling, and financial performance across active job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years on large electrical projects (distribution centers, cold storage, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Superior communication and organizational development skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; scheduling experience preferred
• Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Sage, and Procore experience is a plus; OSHA certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; AutoCAD experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications
• Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings
• Create and track RFIs
• Create and track project budgets
• Ensure the project team has current drawings, RFIs, and submittal/shop drawing updates
• Track labor and material usage
• Approve invoices
• Participate in look-ahead schedule planning using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain Action Item and Open Item lists for project team review
• Maintain the Material Expediting Schedule to ensure materials arrive on-site as needed
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements
• Perform quantity take-offs as needed
• Manage the punch-list process

Tiello is currently partnered with a well-established electrical contractor based in Alpharetta, Georgia, known for delivering large-scale distribution center, cold storage, and heavy commercial/industrial electrical projects throughout the Southeast. As project volume continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of planning, scheduling, and financial performance across active job sites.

Role Summary

The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the planning, scheduling, document control, correspondence, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects. This role requires coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications across dynamic, fast-paced job sites, while keeping the project team aligned and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications
• Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings
• Create and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Create and track project budgets
• Ensure the project team has current drawings, RFIs, and submittal/shop drawing updates
