Qualifications

• 5-7+ years managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Proven data center electrical project experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and project finances.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, job costing, and reporting.
• Coordinate turnover from estimating to operations and field teams.
• Develop schedules, billing projections, and progress reports.
• Procure major equipment and manage subcontractors.
• Lead project closeout and owner turnover.
