Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager for field-based work in Central Florida with regular travel to job sites. The role focuses on procurement, documentation, and day-to-day project execution alongside the PM team.

Responsibilities include coordinating contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and look-ahead scheduling; tracking labor and materials; and supporting the PMs to keep projects on schedule and budget. Requires 2+ years on large electrical projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience on large electrical projects (distribution centers, cold storage facilities, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Superior communication and organizational development skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Sage, and Procore is a strong plus
• OSHA certification preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to work

Tiello is currently partnered with a growing electrical contractor delivering large-scale distribution center, cold storage, and industrial electrical projects throughout Central Florida. As their project pipeline expands, they are seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support procurement, documentation, and day-to-day project execution alongside their project management team.

Role Summary

The Electrical Assistant Project Manager is responsible for procurement, document control, correspondence, and the completion and closeout of assigned projects. This role requires coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications, and working closely with the Project Manager to keep job sites on schedule and on budget.
