Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years of related experience, with travel up to 20%. Proficiency with PC, MS Office, and familiarity with electrical components is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical construction, project management, or related field preferred.
• Travel: 15–20%
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office; knowledge of electrical components and applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source materials from vendors for construction projects.
• Participate in performance evaluation processes and support wage merit decisions.
• Maintain positive employee relations and staffing for projects.
• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects.
• Ensure projects are profitable, on time, and meet customer expectations.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and complete related paperwork.
• Review estimates with the Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visit job sites to supervise crews and ensure safe progress.
