The position works a 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am shift, Monday through Friday, with potential nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands. Overtime may be required, and flexibility is essential to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year(s).

Responsibilities

• Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
• Assembles various electrical components under supervision of an experienced Journeyman Electrician.
• Identifies ways to improve processes and participate in implementing improvements.
• Maintains high quality with attention to detail and zero defects.
• Follows 5S principles for a safe, organized work area.
• Performs repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Performs material handling duties.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and work area.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA and customer safety requirements.
