Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is hiring for an Excellerate General Assembler to join our controlled environment for assembling electrical components. The role emphasizes attention to detail, repetitive bench work, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

You'll work under journeyman supervision with potential varying shifts (days or nights), and opportunities to contribute to process improvements while maintaining high quality standards and on-time completion of assemblies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing/assembly settings is common.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components in a warehouse bench environment under supervision.
• Identify process improvements and participate in implementing them.
• Adhere to 5S principles for a safe, organized workspace.
• Perform repetitive tasks and operate manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Perform wire and cable pulls and material handling duties.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and work area; comply with OSHA and customer safety requirements.
