Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking Excellerate General Assemblers to join a controlled manufacturing environment, assembling electrical components under the supervision of Journeymen Electricians.

You will adhere to 5S practices, maintain tool and work area cleanliness, perform repetitive tasks, bend conduit, and pull wires while ensuring high quality and safety standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of experience, with shifts 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience.
• Shifts 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electrical components in a warehouse bench environment.
• Under supervision of a Journeyman Electrician, adheres to quality standards.
• Identifies process improvements and participates in implementing them.
• Maintains 5S and safe, organized work area.
• Performs repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Performs material handling duties.
• Cleans and maintains tools and work area.
• Complies with OSHA, company, and customer safety rules.
• Creates/prints assembly identification labels.
