Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking Excellerate General Assemblers to handle, fabricate, package, and ship electrical component assemblies in a controlled warehouse setting, using integrated manufacturing practices to support our construction industry projects.

Under the supervision of an experienced Journeyman Electrician, you will follow 5S principles, perform repetitive tasks, bend conduit, pull wires, and maintain tools and area while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Travel: None.
• Work Schedule: shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Mon-Fri; overtime may be required; nights, weekends, and holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
• Assembles various electrical components under supervision of Journeyman Electrician.
• Identifies ways to improve processes and participate in improvements.
• Maintains high attention to detail to ensure quality and zero defects.
• Adheres to 5S principles for a safe, organized work area.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Bends conduit using various benders; performs wire and cable pulls.
• Performs material handling; cleans and maintains tools and area.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA, company, and customer safety requirements.
