A strong focus on 5S and safety under OSHA guidelines is required. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred with 0–1 year of experience. Schedule varies from 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am, Monday through Friday, with potential nights,

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
• Assembles various electrical components equipment under supervision.
• Identifies ways to improve processes and participate in improvements.
• Maintains 5S principles for a safe, organized work area.
• Performs repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Performs material handling duties.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and work area.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA, company, and customer safety requirements.
