Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking personnel for Excellerate General Assemblers to handle, fabricate, package, and ship electrical assemblies in a controlled setting.

The role operates in a 6:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00 shift schedule, with potential overtime and nights, weekends, and holidays based on demand. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with 0–1 year of experience and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year(s) of experience.
• Travel: None.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am, Mon–Fri; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components in a warehouse bench environment.
• Assemble equipment under supervision of an experienced Journeyman Electrician.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and help implement improvements.
• Maintain high quality with attention to zero defects.
• Follow 5S principles for a safe, organized work area.
• Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods and bend conduit.
• Pull wires and cables; handle materials.
• Clean and maintain tools, test equipment, and workspace.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety requirements.
• Create/print assembly identification labels and perform related duties.
