Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level assembler to handle and assemble electrical components in a controlled warehouse setting. You will work under the supervision of a Journeymen Electrician and participate in process improvements while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires high school level education, 0–1 year of experience, and flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays. Overtime may be required to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year(s) of experience.
• Overtime may be required; ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
• Assembles various electrical components equipment under supervision.
• Identifies ways to improve processes and participates in improvements.
• Uses keen attention to detail to ensure high quality and zero defects.
• Adheres to 5S principles and maintains a safe, organized work area.
• Bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls and material handling duties.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and work area.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA, company, and customer requirements.
