Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Assembler Supervisor to lead our electrical assembly operations and support growth in our manufacturing organization.

You'll supervise a team of assemblers, ensure compliance with UL-891, OSHA, and quality policies, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality to drive production schedules and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical assembly operations for UL-891 switchboards, control systems, and custom equipment.
• Assign work based on production priorities while monitoring workflow, labor utilization, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure products are assembled according to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate activities with Engineering, Planning, Mechanical Assembly, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop a team of electrical assemblers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee training and development.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and cross-training initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
