Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Miramar, CA to fill an Electrical Assembler position. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

The role requires hand soldering, reading blueprints, and conducting quality inspections according to IPC/J-STD practices. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related assembly or electronics manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical docs.
• Proficiency with hand tools and inspection equipment; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform rework and repairs from test failures per procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, parts lists, and instructions.
• Hand solder components and perform touch-up, repair, and rework of circuit boards as needed.
• Conduct inspections at designated intervals to verify quality and compliance.
• Set up, operate, and maintain tools, machines, and equipment safely.
• Maintain production quality, productivity, and safety while meeting daily goals.

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for Electrical Assemblers in Miramar, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour , with overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Perform rework and repairs resulting from test failures in accordance with established repair procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, parts lists, operation sheets, engineering documents, and visual work instructions.
• Hand solder electronic components and complete touch-up, repair, and rework of circuit boards as required.
• Conduct inspections at designated intervals to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with product specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain assigned tools, machines, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards while consistently meeting daily production goals.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of related assembly or electronics manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, including torque wrenches, drills, and inspection equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret assembly blueprints and technical documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic computer skills required.
• IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications preferred.

Pay Details

$20.00 to $26.00 per hour
